US 287 and 37th Street HES Design Project - Loveland

Joe managed this CDOT local agency project for the City of Loveland as well as designed improvements to the intersection to reduce accidents.  The final design improved the sight distance for left turning vehicles on US 287 to reduce left-turn accidents, lengthened left turn lanes to accommodate queues, and an upgraded traffic signal.
