Niobrara Energy Park - Cheyenne, Wyoming

Joe prepared a traffic impact study for the industrial development.  The development is located south of Fox Farm Road and west of College Drive.  Unique aspects of this project included a signal progression study on College Drive and integrating the non-motorized modes with the development.  The study satisfied the requirements of the City, County, MPO, and WYDOT.
